Notice Virtual Public Meeting Changes to 

Williamson County, Texas Subdivision Regulations

Williamson County is proposing the adoption of changes to its subdivision regulations for Williamson County, Texas. The changes include the adoption of pavement design standards in order to provide clear, concise and predictable requirements for developers to create the infrastructure plans within their subdivision. A major responsibility of the County is maintaining the safety and integrity of 1400 miles of county roads. In the last 5 years, the County has seen 334 final plats approved to accommodate the explosive growth in our area. More than 530 miles of county roads are located in subdivisions.

This notice advises the public that the County will be conducting an online virtual public meeting on these rules. The virtual meeting went live on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at 5 p.m. To view the virtual public meeting, go to the following web address: www.wilco.org/roads and click on the icon for Subdivision Regulations. A pre-recorded presentation is posted and includes both audio and visual components.
