County promotes elder abuse awareness

By 2034, adults 65 and older will outnumber younger people for the first time in U.S. history, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.   With 19 senior living communities and an estimated one-third of Georgetown's population over the age of 65, elder abuse will become more prevalent.  Williamson County unanimously approved the proclamation making June Elder Abuseā€¦
