Georgetown’s extraterritorial jurisdiction will see a new mixed-density neighborhood and commercial center with an estimated 2,500 to 3,000 residential units. The development, which is called Heirloom, will sit on 361.94 acres along Ronald Reagan Boulevard near the Nolina single-family development and Parmer Ranch.
